Dear all, First of all: A big thank you. You were a wonderful group to work with over the last two days (you wouldn't stop networking!) and I am very grateful that we could be your hosts. You asked me what has changed on regional data center policy in the last three years, and it's worth repeating: The desire to do it different, to localize value, to shape our digital future wasn't there three years ago. I appreciate you all showing such strong interest and willingness to understand digital infrastructure and actively shape it. Please never hesitate to tell me & Leitmotiv what you need: resources, positions, ideas, political will, ... - we are here to help make an alternative digital future happen. Today and tomorrow we will process the results from the last days and share with you all of the materials and resources mentioned with you. I'd like to this through our new mailing list. I've sent you each an invitation to confirm, please also check your spam folder. If you did not receive it, you can also sign up directly through this link. Please also feel free share the link with colleagues and other regions. Once you are registered you can email 'regional-dc-policy(a)lists.leitmotiv.work' to reach everyone; only when you send a message can others see that you are on this list, otherwise there is no directory to preserve your privacy. If you need help, have a question or would like to share a useful resource, policy or new development, feel free to use the list! The first resources are attached to this email. (1) The presentation from the first day; (2) my written introduction that goes along with the presentation and (3) the participant list. I do think a few people are missing from the list, maybe you can spot your missing colleagues from it and let me know?
